Hyosan LPL has developed high-quality LPL by introducing advanced eco-friendly technologies from Europe, continuing the exchange and updates, operating the outstanding independent research team and by improving the technology on paper impregnation. In addition, over 3,700 finishing material colors were developed, and an average of 10,000 tons of material storage logistics system is operated for the speedy and efficient manufacturing system.
Daily Production Capability of 150,000 Pieces in 3,700 Colors
Based on the original technology from 30 years of research know-how, Hyosan LPL is capable of top-quality customized LPL manufacture by mixing 20 ingredients on the basic base of melamine and urea resin, and the daily LPL production capability is 150,000 pieces, which is 60% of the total domestic production amount.

Eco-friendly ‘Finishing Foil’
In addition, scratch and abrasion rate were highly improved to introduce the high-durability ‘Alpha Lay’, and the subsidiary of ICC was established to develop the premium eco-friendly surface finishing material, ‘Finishing Foil’ to pioneer the new market.
